Delivery Charges

We would all like free delivery that's for sure! Wines are heavy and we can add this cost into the price of the wines but we want to show you what you are really paying! The right price for your wines and whatever charges are necessary to get the wines to you safely!

We add this to your order at the very end so you can see exactly what you are being charged.

FREE DELIVERY:

ALL orders over £100 are delivered FREE of charge within 5 working days.

ALL local deliveries( 10 mile radius from OL9 9SP) are delivered FREE of charge within 5 working days.

Featured case offers and gifts may be offered FREE delivery within 5 working days.

How long will the delivery take?

When you order your " new favourite wines"  from us we will look for the order to be with you within 5 working days. All orders are tracked and we will send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on your wines progress from us to your glass!

Deliveries on this site are made to the UK mainland only.

Please email us at rediscoverwines@gmail.com should you have any requirements outside of this region and we can look into this for you on an order by order basis.

Clink and Collect

The option to collect your wines from Rediscover Wine at OL9 9SP may also be an option given . This allows for next day collection and instruction will be given once the order is prepared for collection.

Returns

Most of our still wines closures are Stelvin (screwcap) closures or DIAM cork which eliminates cork taint.

As such you should not see any issues with "corked wines".

If you do have an issue however please contact us straight away to discuss any problems you may have at rediscoverwines@gmail.com

If for any reason you decide to return your wines unopened please print our address label and send them back to us in the packaging they arrived with in 14 days and we be happy to refund your payment to the card used within 7 days of arriving back to us or replace your wines for you.
