A future classic. This special wine is created from a tiny newly
planted plot of land in Paredonas, on chalky soils 5 km from
the Pacific Ocean. The wine has incredible finesse
yet pure and intense offering a bright mineral
laden palate of sea salt and chalk. The fruits are
ultra clean with a lean citrus backbone creating
a very special Sauvignon Blanc indeed. Try with
asparagus, white fish, chicken, goat's cheese or
fragrant salads
