Cinsault Se Cante Rouanet Montcelebre

Se Cante " to sing"...says everything about this Organic joyous, cherry scented, light and fragrant old vine Cinsault, produced in a "bee friendly" environment to protect the local bee population.

Produced by Jey Rouanet from his tiny plot of Cinsault planted in 1972 within the family vineyards of Minervois, this is a wine of incredible prettiness.

 Fine and delicate, with cherry and aniseed notes,  it could be chilled in warmer times and makes an excellent partner Tuna,  Asian or Moroccan spiced foods and cured meats and soft cheeses.

With only 4000 bottles produced it a rare treat indeed.
