A rarity. A single varietal Graciano made in tiny quantities with each even being hand dipped to  seal by David and his father at the winery.

This is a masterclass in tannin management. An ability to tame the difficult tannins in Graciano, usually used for blending to add its incredible depth to wines. Here it showcases Graciano's  dark black cherry appearance,  pure intensity, and silky bodied character. Expect lashing of black fruits, aromatic herbs, white pepper, intense floral notes, and hits of cocoa.Despite its intensity, expect refreshing acidity and great balance in the wine..

The Graciano Vines average around 40 to 50 years in age.  Mature, aged,  and offer grapes of great complexity.
