Jey Rouanet creates this exotic, mouth-filling blend from Roussanne, Rolle and Grenache Blanc from his premium Minervois site simply. Half the wine is fermented in stainless steel with the other half in oak with resting on its lees for 4 months with weekly batonage to create a wine of both power and poise.

Expect white flower, quince , and exotic ripe fruits. from this limited run of only 8000 bottles. A real treat for the wine explorer.
