Torito Bravo Cava Reserva Organic Brut
Made from the 50 hectares of vines, planted in the 1980s surrounding the family Bodega, the grapes are grown on clay loam soils and taken directly to the winery to ensure the wines freshness and quality.
This is a wonderful complex Cava aged for at least 18 months before release.
Organically grown the wines comprises of 3 classic Cava grapes as well as 5% of Pinot Noir to add further complexity to the blend.
The nose shows brioche and baked apple notes but with white blossom and white stone fruit notes. The generous palate has lovely gentle bubbles and is a truly class sparkling wine option.
Try with lobster and rich seafoods as well as creamy chicken dishes.
