Vinos Sanz Verdejo "Ecologico"

This delicious organic wine is a new addition to the Vinos Sanz range of wines and created in the Rueda DO heartland of North West Spain.

Made with 100% Verdejo grapes, organically grown and produced from the very best free run juice, the wine is cool fermented at only 13C degrees to maintain an incredible freshness and intensity in the wine, It offers a strong varietal character of green grass and tropical fruits with a lovely stony underbelly adding to its complexity. 

Try with traditional Tapas such as Manchego Cheese, Padron Peppers  or Squid.
